We offer 30 days open purchase when you order from us online. 
The product must be in sellable condition with undamaged packaging and all labels must remain on the garment. Destroyed packaging and labels are not considered approved returns and then the entire amount is charged and the item is returned to the customer. When using an open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and is responsible for the return reaching our warehouse. When using open purchase, the entire amount is refunded except shipping cost when we receive the item in our warehouse.
Open purchase does NOT apply to underwear.
We include return freight bills with all shipments except deliveries straight to your mailbox. When we have received your return, we will reimburse your purchase. You are always responsible for the return shipment until we have received it in our warehouse. .
When replacing a product, for example when buying the wrong size or color:
Place a new order on the color / size you want to change in our webshop.
You are responsible for the return shipping back to us and you are responsible for the return reaching our warehouse. Upon exchange, we ship the new product to you at no shipping cost. (Applies only to orders within Sweden.)
Write a message at checkout that there is an exchange and specify order number on the return

Email us at with your return
We will then send you a prepaid return shipping note and instructions to you. Notify any complaint within two months of the failure being detected. You have, by law, a right of claim on your product for 3 years, provided that the defect can be invoked as the seller as originally, within 6 months from the time of purchase.
We accept the General Complaints Board (ARN).
